Ski-Disk Set Up |
| 1_ Make a notch between 5" and 7" of lenght by 1/4" wide |

2_ Ensure that disk protrudes carbides 3/8 to 1/2 in. |

3_ To fix block, drill a 1/4 in. diameter hole on side of ski at 5/8 in. from center of bolt, which will enhance your safety as only the bearing and the disk must turn. |

4_ Drill the ski bolt hole at 1/2 in. to insert 1/2 in. alloy bolt. |

5_ Insert disk in ski slot. |

6_ Make sure spacing washers and bushings are installed in their respective location. (see below) |
7_ Torque nut to bolt between 80 to 100 psi to ensure disk will remain fixed. Here is the final product: inside or outside installation.

8_It is very important to leave ski rim so that passengers will not be covered by snow or ice.
