In 1996, the Lemays were riding the snowmobile trails. The most frequent problem encountered was the control of the vehicule movements on the bare pavement of bridges and on roads leading to service stations and restaurants. Furthermore, yearly expenses related to the purchase of carbide were huge. An idea took shape in the mind of the designers at " MACHINERIE SERGE LEMAY ". For two years,
" SKI-DISK" underwent extensive testing until the designer himself, Mister Serge Lemay, was fully satisfied.

In june1998, SKI-DISK appeared on the market throughout the Province of Quebec. In january 1999, a design weakness was discovered and a recall of all the units was made.

The market is now expanding rapidly in Western Canada as well as in the USA. We are proud to market a very economical, guaranteed, hight-end product.
